Client Service Associate

We are seeking a candidate to work as a Client Service Associate in an expanding, boutique financial planning firm. This is a part-time position of at least 20 hours a week, with potential for more hours in the future. The position can be in-person at our Newton, MA office, remote or a hybrid model. This role supports Senior Advisors, and reports to the Manager of Operations. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an upbeat, energetic, “can do” approach. We welcome applicants who are returning to the workforce, those looking for a work/family life balance, and those who want to grow with us.

 

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
  • Ongoing interaction with Plum Street’s clients
  • Preparing and submitting client paperwork to the custodian
  • Updating the operations databases
  • Formatting advisor presentations
  • Unique projects as they arise
 
Qualifications:
  • College graduate
  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce database program a plus
  • Ability to work in a less-structured, more flexible small company environment where everyone pitches in and enjoys being a part of the team
