I bring a decade of private banking experience to my role as Client Service Associate at Plum Street Advisors. A background in accounting, as well as many years of working in client services and portfolio management, preceded my joining Plum Street Advisors in early 2019. I was drawn to Plum Street Advisors’ transparent and client-first approach to financial planning, and I love being part of a small, dedicated team of professionals.

After working in trust accounting with State Street Bank’s Master Trust division, I turned my interest in finance towards private banking and spent many years servicing clients and managing trust portfolios at New York-based Chase Manhattan Private Bank . There, I found that I especially loved the client-facing component of working in finance, helping to solve problems and explain financial concepts.

Since then, I have enjoyed living abroad in Australia, as well as in Texas and New York, before settling in Needham, MA, just outside of Boston, where I have lived for 15 years with my daughter Maggie. Before my recent return to finance, I worked as a pre-school teacher at Carter Nursery School in Needham for several years. I also enjoy volunteering in both our town community as well as chairing several organizations in our local schools. I graduated from Providence College in 1992 with a degree in accountancy, and I completed the Providence College School of Business Micro MBA Certificate Program in November of 2019.
